The Lakes Village 

Stage 2 is all sold out! Stage 3 under construction. 

Due to the succesful opening of The Lakes Retirement Village Coffs Harbour, in October 2008, Stage 3 of The Lakes Retirement Village is now under construction.

Stage 3 will consist of 17, 2  and 3 bedroom villas with completion expected during August 2010. 

We are open for inspection Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 11am-2pm, so come in and have a tour of The Lakes Retirement Village 

 This next stage of villa's will mean more residents can enjoy the luxury that The Lakes Village has to offer to over 55's.

All residents have immediate  access to the fantastic community facilities including the community centre, bowling green, and extensive walking paths.
